KP's Kitchen ("we", "our", "us") operates the "KP's Kitchen - Food Ordering" mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

## 1. Information We Collect

When you place an order through the App, you voluntarily provide:

- **Name** — so we know who the order belongs to

- **Phone number** — so we can contact you about your order

- **Delivery address** — so we can deliver your food

- **Order details** — the items and quantities you select

- **Optional notes** — any special instructions you choose to add

This information is sent **directly from your device to the restaurant via WhatsApp** when you press "Send Order on WhatsApp". The message is composed on your own device and you choose to send it.

## 2. Information Stored on Your Device

- Your name, phone number and address are saved **only on your device** (local storage) so you don't have to type them again on your next order.

- Your cart contents are saved locally on your device.

- This data never reaches us through the App itself and is never sold or shared with third parties by us. You can erase it anytime by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

## 3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

- **WhatsApp (Meta)** — orders are sent through WhatsApp at your action. Meta's privacy policy: https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy

- **Google AdMob (Google)** — the App displays advertisements. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

- **Google Play Services** — used for core app functionality.

## 4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## 5. Data Deletion

To delete your data: clear the App's data from your device settings, or uninstall the App. Since your details are stored only on your device, this completely removes them. For orders already sent via WhatsApp, contact us.

## 6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
